Dr Constantine Sarantis is a member of Zeppos & Yannopoulos Law Offices, corporate commercial practice and one of the chief litigators of the firm. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1972 and joined our firm in 2001. He has extensive experience in advising international companies on a wide array of corporate and commercial issues including litigation. He has particular expertise in the Greek oil and gas market. Constantine currently sits on the Boards of several companies including that of Estee Lauder Hellas where he serves as vice-Chairman. He has served as Chairman of the Board and legal counsel to “Athenian Hotel and Commercial Enterprises” since 1992 and as Member of the Board of “Texaco Greek Petroleum Company” to which he has also served as in-house General Counsel from 1983 to 2000. He regularly handles litigation related to the local operation and business of several major international companies. Constantine has published several studies in legal periodicals and he is a regular contributor to the respected Athens daily Kathimerini where his articles comment on current legal issues of wider interest.
