In this small, fifth volume of the series “Archaeology of Archaeology” we stride once more in the parts of Macedonia to follow this time the first steps of Petros Themelis in Archeology by the side of the “triumvirate” i.e. professors Fotis Petsas, Charalambos Makaronas and Manolis Andronikos. The simple, daily-life aspect of these great archaeologists, life in nature far from the city, the incident of the discovery of Pella, hardships and joys of excavating, supplement the author’s account of his first scientific experiences.
